Yes I am a work at home mom. My business consists of me first and foremost being able to stay home to take care of my family and home. Secondly comes my business which are my information only websites and my web design services and "website coaching" - all my freelance work from home services.

I run my business the best I can from my kitchen. My desk sits at the end of the kitchen. I'm centrally located in my home, so that I can care for my toddler and preschooler during the day and be available for my older children and husband after school. Though I am a master at multi-tasking, I realized very fast that I needed help with my career. Yes, it's a career. I earn an income and contribute to the household's finances. Because I do this from my home, it's often overlooked, like it's my little hobby. Like I have the luxury to just blow it off if I want. Simply not true.

Before I invested my time with Larry I realize now that I was haphazard with the way I thought of and ran my "business". I had no real clear direction in the way I thought of my abilities and my time and my worth. I needed help with how to get organized to run a successful business. Larry worked with me via question and answer doc files and phone calls. He emailed me the first set and I answered them. They weren't just average joe questions they were thought provoking questions that made me stop and think to answer them. The first set of questions allowed Larry to set the theme of our coaching sessions. From my first answers he could then probe deeper into my business and career, making me answer tough questions that really changed the way I conducted my business.

I believe accountability goes a long way to insuring the right things get done at the right time. I needed this direction to help me nail down my priorities. Larry's coaching help me to set my priorities right, gave me new direction and a firm path to follow. I now know where I'm heading in my business, and I know what I need to do to get there.

I continue to receive coaching from Larry, as he is there to guide me through business decisions and changes. I have found the investment with his service to be invaluable to my career.
