Create A Website

This is not a get rich quick scheme. This option takes time to build. It can take several months to over a year to build up a website with decent traffic and enough content to bring in a good income from affiliations and advertisers.

First thing to do is figure out what topic you'd like to cover. Ideally you want to cover a niche that is in high demand and brings in high ad dollars. It needs to be a topic that you know enough about that you can write several hundred pages on.

Once you determine the topic, you need to obtain hosting and design your site. While the content is the most important aspect of the website, the design comes in 2nd. You want a design that is appealing to your target audience.

After your design is complete you are ready to start your website. Create a home page that is appealing enough to entice the visitor to continue clicking through to your other pages. Have a contact page (it's best to have a contact form) so visitors can get in touch with you. Have an about us page and a sitemap. The about page will tell people why you are qualified to write the pages.

A sitemap will give the visitor one page to see all your site has to offer. Keep this page up to date.

Once you create a website and you have steady visitors streaming in, you can then monetize your pages. Place appropriate affiliate ads such as Google Adsense on your pages. Be sure to read the terms of your chosen affiliate programs and apply them the correct way to your pages. If done right this can net you several thousand or more a month in easy income.

To create a website for decent income takes time, effort and patience. It's not an overnight solution, but if done right can be a very lucrative means of passive income that will bring in solid earnings for years and years. All you have to do is a wee bit of maintenance on the pages once you have it built up like you want.
